many of you know of Brooke Fraser from her amazing state-side debut Albertine. I myself first heard Brooke through that very album, which prompted me to look for more. I mean, who wouldn't right?
This search yielded in me finding her real first album, What to Do With Daylight, which was released only in Australia - Brooke's home country.
Thanks to the magic of the internets, we can all enjoy the songs off Brooke's 2003 break into the record industry. In short, I feel that Albertine is a deeper and more complex album, but feel that 'Daylight' has more pleasant songs - you know, the ones you'd leave playing in your car when you have a friend or loved one on board.
